Jupiter 9 (85mm f2)
Another very very old design. A copy of Zeiss Sonnar, made in plenty of version for the russian cameras. The lens is very small for a 85mm, comparable to the typical 50mm.
It was known as "The" portrait lens because it is so soft at f2, however it very very very sharp at about f4, impressive.
And it has a 15 blades beauty of an iris, thats always lots of brownie points for me !
This version of the lens is not multicoated, more recent models have been seen with a multicoating.
